We offer complimentary shipping on every order.
Orders are processed within 48-72 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. With high demand items, your order may be backordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We deliver to all states including P.O. boxes, but we are unable to ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to COS.
