Items (excluding final sale) are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 15 days of delivery. After this period, return requests cannot be accepted.
Online purchases can be returned online (shipped back to our warehouse). If choosing to ship back to our warehouse, please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

Online purchases made with a combined discount of greater than or equal to 50% are final sale (includes markdown items and promo code usage) — no refunds or merchandise credit.
Return Conditions
- Request must be accompanied by a valid receipt
- Request must be made in the same country of purchase
- Items must be in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged) with tags attached
- Jewelry must be in their original packaging
If an item arrives with imperfections, customers may be considered for a partial refund upon submitting proof of damage. Each request is reviewed individually and any refund is issued at the sole discretion of our team.
We reserve the right to deny any return requests. We do not offer price adjustments.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
